The genealogical information was recorded in a notebook produced by J.L. Fairbanks & Co., Stationers, 136 Washington Street, Boston. This notebook is accompanied by a similar notebook (without its cover) with handwritten genealogies for the Foster and Barnes families of Plymouth, Mass. "probably by Theodore P. Adams".
